You must know the password
SnackPDF passes the password you enter to the local processor so it can open the document and write a new copy without password protection. It does not guess, crack, bypass or recover an unknown password.

The password is limited to the current operation
The password is held in this browser tab while the file is processed and is cleared after completion. It is not placed in the URL, application cache, browser storage or a request to SnackPDF.
Unlocking writes a fresh PDF, so forms, links, bookmarks, comments, metadata and other structures may change. Check the result before relying on it.
